NSW:Student created litany of lies to cover murder tracks:Crown
The trial of a Sydney student accused of butchering his family continues in the New
South Wales Supreme Court today.
SEF GONZALES is accused of murdering parents, TEDDY and MARY LOIVA, and his 18-year-old
sister CLODINE at their North Ryde home on July the 10th, 2001.
He's pleaded not guilty.
The Crown has alleged that GONZALES created a litany of lies to cover his tracks and
changed his story about where he was on the day his parents and sister died.
The crown said GONZALES wanted to kill his parents because he believed they were about
to disown him over his bad study grades and their disapproval of his girlfriend.
This would result in him losing a large allowance and his car.
